Cancellation Policy

Browns Inflatable Rentals is currently offering a $1 deposit for any day reserved in 2023. At the time of reservation the $1 is made and a Credit Card is placed on file. Brown Inflatable Rentals does not have access to the full CC numbers (just the last 4 digits)- our credit card Processing is protected under the federal guidelines and doesn’t allow merchants to have access to this information BUT it does give us away to charge for a cancellation fee of $50-$100. (a normal deposit amount). The Cancellation needs to be done 48 hours prior to the event or the FULL amount of RENTAL will be CHARGED on the Credit Card on FILE. 

-Please be respectful of our time: Please DON’T wait until the morning we’re on our way to cancel your rental. Please understand you have now held an item that could have been rented and it has already been loaded on the trailer. Making Brown Inflatable Employees having to work around the item for the remainder of their deliveries. This is very much disrespectful and it makes it 100xs harder. 

-Brown Inflatable Rentals reserves the right to cancel any event or party at anytime for unsafe wind conditions, weather conditions, unsafe environment and etc. 

– Brown Inflatable Rentals Insurance does not allow us to setup at apartment complexes. So please understand if we do not catch the delivery address prior to the event and show up and realize it’s an apartment complex we will have to cancel at arrival. I do apologize for any inconvenience..
